Moose Athletics High School (pre-season) Training Program is led by 12-year NCAA Division I coach John Musachio & his staff of professionals. This program is geared toward advanced players that are preparing for their upcoming high school seasons. We will combine data / metric analysis (using RAPSODO & BLAST MOTION technology) with professional coaching & guidance.

• Defense - Position specific defensive skill training, development and preparation (includes pitching & catching)
• Hitting - Swing mechanics and analytics, decision making, off-speed hitting, etc.

Players will choose 2 positions for defensive / pitching skill work.  Each practice will be crafted for player specific needs & training.  Each session will focus on improving mechanical efficiency at each player's primary & secondary positions; advanced hitting development; functional strength & flexibility and baseball IQ.

INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM (choose 1 of the 2 options below):

• Option 1: Full data analysis report sent to your high school head coach (includes hitting exit velocity, RAPSODO based data analysis report, BLAST MOTION SWING ANALYSIS REPORT, and personal evaluation completed by Coach Musachio.  IDEAL FOR HIGH SCHOOL UNDERCLASSMEN (FR & SO)
• Option 2: College Recruiting Consultation includes the above report/evaluation as well as zoom meeting with Coach Musachio.  Consultation will provide clarity and a personal game plan for the college recruiting process.

Meals

No meals are provided. Campers may pack a snack in their bag to have during water breaks.

Check-In

Check in begins 15 minutes prior to the camp start time. Moose Athletics Coaching Staff will check players in each morning.

Cancellation Policy

If a day of camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, all campers will receive a 1 day credit for future camps.
