What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection." We offer essential Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This lets us keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days before an overnight camp and seven days before a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the beginning of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from the camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends and is good for a future camp.
Weather
Camp activities may use an alternative site and facilities to conduct camp in case of inclement weather. Friday may also be utilized as a make-up day for a postponed day. Camp credit will be issued at a pro-rated rate for any lost days due to inclement weather conditions and no alternative facility.

Vaquero Baseball Camps Testimonials
My son has been to all the baseball camps in Town, and he says this is the best. We will definitely be back to the next camp.

Hi Jeff,
Just wanted to let you know that my son had the absolute best time in baseball camp and when he earned the hat as a camper of the day… He couldn’t have been happier. He has not taken it off since he got it and this is him sleeping in it this morning. See you next summer. Thank you.
-Sylvia
Coach Walker –
Thank you so much for a great camp! We were hesitant to sign our son up because this was his first year playing, but he was so pumped, and he learned so much more than we expected! I thought he’d get lost in the chaos, especially not knowing much yet about the game. So many camps these days are more of a glorified daycare, so my expectations were low. But he has been showing us all the ways to hold his mitt while catching different plays, hitting better, and his overall confidence has grown! So thank you for the solid instruction! He will be at your next camp.. He’s pumped to see everyone again!
