Description
Our one-Day Titan Showcase offers an opportunity for position players & pitchers to showcase their abilities & work with the Titan coaching staff.
Our one-day Prospect Camp provides pitchers with the opportunity to work closely with our staff on their routine, arm care, and the mental side of the game, followed by a bullpen session with metrics recorded on TrackMan. These metrics will be available for players to view while at camp.
Position players will complete a pro-style workout (defensive evaluation) before moving to the cages for a hitter-specific workout while pitchers and catchers are in the bullpen. From there, position players will progress through a college-style batting practice rotation. The camp will conclude with a machine-pitch scrimmage.
The Titan Baseball Academy LLC is for all players interested in taking their skill set to the next level. Our camps are designed to prepare players for the next step in baseball.
Important Camp Notes
After BP has concluded we will move into a ‘machine game scrimmage’.
To fill defensive positions, and allow all players to receive 2-3 at bats, players will rotate through different defensive positions during the machine game scrimmage.
By this portion of the camp, we will have already conducted the defensive evaluation of position players at their natural positions (pro style workout)- the machine game is to allow for players to be able to showcase their offensive skillset- including baserunning.
We value general baseball awareness & ‘knowing the game’ at CSUF. This game will offer a chance for players to show they are adaptable & versatile defensively- but obviously, mistakes made by any player out of position will not be noted in any evaluations.
Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should wear athletic attire and bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
Camp Check-in
Please check in 30 minutes prior to the start time in front of the Titans Facility located directly behind the left field foul pole.
Location
The major cross-streets to Goodwin Field are Yorba Linda Blvd & Associated Rd. (2 blocks West of CA-57 “Yorba Linda Exit”).

Our Facilities
On April 18, 1992, Goodwin Field became the new home of Cal State Fullerton baseball. The occasion was marked with the Titans sweeping a doubleheader against Loyola Marymount, 8-2 and 11-3, setting the tone for the next two decades. Two-thousand twelve marked the 20-year anniversary of the home of the Titans.
