TJ Bruce Dirtbags Baseball

The Bags Baseball Youth and High School Hitting Camp is designed for development and repetitions throughout the hour and half sessions. These sessions will include the same instruction, drills, and reps that the Dirtbags get on a day-to-day basis. Led by the Dirtbags coaching staff and players, this is the perfect camp for both beginning and advanced hitters as we will be providing group work and instruction for all.

Session 1: 1st-7th Grade from 5:30pm-7:00pm

Session 2: 8th-12th Grade from 7:00pm-8:30pm

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a bat, helmet, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary for hitting. 

Camp Check-In
Please check in 15 minutes prior to start time. Camp Check-in will be at the front gate of Blair Field.

Parking Information 
Blair Field Parking lot is located on the 3rd base side.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel. The credit is valid for one year from camp date. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate with any important reminders regarding camp. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the email address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Description
The Bags Baseball Youth Camp is designed to provide quality defensive, offensive, pitching, & baserunning instruction, throughout the 4 days. Camp will also include coach pitch games at the conclusion of each camp day! Current Dirtbags Baseball staff member Jordan Aboites will direct the camp along with the current Dirtbag staff and current Dirtbag players.

Thursday (12/26) to Sunday (12/29) from 9:00am-3:00pm

 

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. 

 

Camp Check-In
Please check in 30 minutes prior to start time. Camp Check-in will be in left field of the campus baseball field, right next to the Walter Pyramid.

The major cross-streets to the Campus Baseball Field are Bellflower and Atherton, with the best entrance being Merriam Way. You can also type in “Walter Pyramid” in maps to receive the best directions.

 

Parking Information 
Parents: Please purchase a parking permit at one of the kiosks found in front of the Pyramid in Lot G11. Campus is open and there is a charge for parking. You can also park for free on Atherton if you can find a spot. We will include additional information regarding parking, as your summer camp date approaches. We are working on parking for a drop off area during our camp dates on campus. The parking enforcement officers are extremely diligent and if you are parked in the lot without a paid virtual permit, you will be issued a citation. These citations can be costly so please make sure to purchase a permit.
